For collected data to use for considering your suitability for current and future job opportunities, you understand and agree that your submission of information does not obligate Eupnea to extend an interview to you, to employ you or offer you employment (or contracting role).

If you choose to provide any sensitive personal information or special category data in connection with registering your interest in job opportunities at Eupnea, you expressly consent to the use, processing and disclosure of such sensitive personal information or special category data for the purposes for which you provide it.

We will use information held about you to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts we intend to enter into or have entered into between you and us. Where there is a need, we may share your personal data, to the extent allowed by applicable law, with third parties such as third party service providers and third parties in connection with any proposed or actual client project, on the basis of our legitimate interests of ensuring that we recruit the appropriate employees.
